Every figure in the calculator comes from our published costs. Nothing is hidden.

  1. RevenueWashes per day × price per wash × 30.4, the average number of days in a month.
  2. Running costs6p water, 11p electricity (the middle of our 9–13p range) and 40p consumables per wash, plus 2.95% card processing.
  3. Profit shareYou receive 40% of revenue and cover electricity and water. Consumables and card processing are split 50/50.
  4. LeaseYou keep 100% of revenue, less the £350 monthly lease (48-month term) and all running costs.
  5. Buy outrightYou keep 100% of revenue, less running costs. Payback is the £10,995 purchase price divided by your monthly take-home.
